Our restock shipments are typically every 1 to 2 weeks.

Each of our hair pieces contain one bundle of wefted hair approx. 3.2 - 3.5 ounces.

Each closure or frontal is a Full Density of 120% on high definition (HD) lace.

Some customers may desire more or fewer hair pieces than we recommend, it truly depends on individual preferences. Here are some insights on the most common orders based on the (# of pieces per length) as follows:

• 2 (or more) pieces for lengths 12"-16"
• 3 (or more) pieces for lengths 18"-22"
• 4 (or more) pieces for lengths 22"-30"

Please note: longer hair equates to a shorter weft.

Our wigs are offered on a machine-constructed durable Swiss ventilated wig cap or Dome ventilated wig cap. To determine the proper cap size, measure the circumference of your head using a fabric measuring tape and select from the available options: 

Small = 21 to 21.5 circumference 

Medium = 22 to 22.5 circumference 

Large = 23 to 23.5 circumference

PLEASE NOTE: The wig may not provide a precise fit in the back. For this purpose, we have included adjustable straps around the back nape (neck) area. We recommend that if you fit in between sizes, its typically better to size up. You can still wear your wig properly if its larger by adjusting your straps to tighten at the neck region and utilizing your attached wig combs for additional security. If you’re searching for a wig that fits your EXACT head measurement size, it should also be noted that wigs only come pre-customized.

Our glueless & non-glueless wigs are very versatile, they can simply be applied and removed on a daily basis.

Alternatively, they can also be sewn-in because our wigs are machine-constructed on a durable Swiss ventilated wig cap or Dome ventilated wig cap. If you do not have experience with properly sewing in and/or maintaining your wig, we highly recommend getting assistance from a licensed hair professional.

A healthy sew-in cycle for your wig can be anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks depending on your hair's condition and proper hair care maintenance.

We advise that you upkeep your wig/unit maintenance every 1 to 2 weeks using a sulfate-free moisturizing shampoo & conditioner; and every 4 weeks for shampooing, conditioning and re-tightening your wig. Our wigs are typically re-usable with proper upkeep and maintenance.

We currently do not offer hair samples at this time.

The hair we provide typically comes in a variety of natural dark brown color tones (ranging from 1B to 2). Occasionally, we may acquire donor hair with slightly lighter brown tones. Nevertheless, most often darker brown color tones are normally available in stock.

You can add your color request in the notes section at your cart/checkout page and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the tones you requested are not available at that time, we may not be able to honor your request. We will then pick the best beautiful hair pieces that are currently available.

For Straight & Wavy textures, we recommend using a moisturizing conditioner on your hair extensions and/or wigs at least once every two weeks. However, for Curly textures we advise you to use a moisturizing conditioner at least once every week. 

Please note: only use sulfate-free hair products.

Our hair is 100% Top Quality Raw & Virgin Human Hair. Therefore, it's important to treat this hair as your own.

Based on feedback from previous customers, our hair bundles (pieces) can last up to 1 to 3 years. However, it ultimately depends on how you maintain your hair.

With proper hair maintenance, your hair is more likely to last longer. Again it really depends on how well its maintained. Please refer to our hair care instructions included in your hair package for more information.

We go through a meticulous quality control process which involves pre-sealing our hair wefts to ensure that every customer experiences minimum shed, if any. However, if you desire additional protection, you can also seal your wefts again.

The proper alignment of hair cuticles is very important and it allows the weft on our hair extensions to flow smoothly from root to tip to reduce tangling, which also helps to minimize shed, if any.

Our High Definition Lace also known as (HD Lace) is suitable for all skin tones which is constructed for our wigs, closures and frontals. The major benefit of our HD lace is that it ultimately ensures a seamless application with minimal customization necessary, highly undetectable and has a normal lifespan of 2 to 6 months with propercare. It is also the thinnest lace currently available on the market which makes it more delicate than other types of hair laces. With that in mind, you must handle it with care to avoid possibly tearing the HD lace easily.

Our hair textures normally revert back to their natural patterns after being colored, straighten, blown out, or heat-styled. However, we do not recommend constantly over-doing it.

If you are seeking a longer lifespan of your natural hair texture, avoid excessive straightening, blowing out, heat-styling or coloring just as you would with your own hair. As a result, you can loosen or possibly compromise the natural hair texture and quality. When coloring hair extensions, we highly recommend getting the assistance of a licensed hair professional.

If you are straightening or blowing out your hair extensions use a heat protector to minimize or eliminate damaging your hair.

We are not liable, nor responsible, for altered hair extensions. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, once hair has been altered in any manner (i.e. colored, cut, straightened, curled etc.)

Although ALL of our lace hair products are double-knotted to minimize shed; misuse or inadequate care of the lace on your wigs, closures and/or frontal can lead to thinning with no available remedy. The normal lifespan of our delicate HD lace closures and frontals typically lasts any from 2 months up to 8 months (or longer) with propercare.

Considering the thin lace construction of the wigs, closures and frontals, its best practice to comb/brush the hair beginning at the ends, working your way up to the root while maintaining gentle support at the root to prevent tension on the HD lace.

Potential triggers consist of improperly using hair products directly on the lace (for example slippery hair products, over-bleaching & coloring), intense combing, brushing, washing; excessive pulling or other harsh maintenance. Always keep in mind that you must handle HD lace with care.

The factors behind hair loss on the lace of wigs, closures & frontals are due to their non-wefted thin lace nature unlike wefted hair extensions.

Absolutely, swimming in salt or chlorine water is fine. Following your swim, it is recommended to promptly use a moisturizing conditioner to brush your hair and detangle if needed. Brush gently starting from the tips of the hair working your way up to the roots of the hair, then wait 20 mins before rinsing completely in cold water.

We advise that you wait to receive the delivery of your purchased items before scheduling any hair appointments and/or hair services.
