Each of our hair pieces contain one bundle of wefted hair approx. 3.2 - 3.5 ounces. Each closure or frontal is a Full Density of 120% on a high definition (HD) lace.

Some customers may desire more or fewer hair pieces than we recommend, it truly depends on individual preferences. Here are some insights on the most common orders based on the (# of hair pieces per length) as follows: 

• 2 (or more) pieces for lengths 12"- 16"
• 3 (or more) pieces for lengths 18"- 22"
• 4 (or more) pieces for lengths 22"- 30" 

Please note: longer hair lengths equate to a shorter weft.

Processing times on general orders are 1 to 3 business days for most in-stock item(s). Processing times for ready-to-ship wigs are 2 to 5 business days.

Processing times are NOT included in the shipping timeframe. After processing, depending on the location and shipping method you choose, shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days for your package to arrive, excluding any possible carrier delays. We also have express shipping options available as quickly as 1 to 2 business days.

A tracking number will then be provided for each order within 24 hours. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays are not considered business days.

*Your signature will be required at the time of your package delivery. Yes, its required that both your billing and shipping address are the exact same to place an order with us. If your billing and shipping address does not match, your order will be canceled. Please note, we also do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Processing times for pre-orders & custom wigs will be specified on there product pages. If processing times are NOT specified on there product pages, expect pre-ordered items & custom wigs to ship (up to) 15 to 20 business days after purchase.

We offer a refund on approved returns within 3 days from receipt of delivery only on UNWORN/UNALTERED hair extensions, closures & frontals (we do not refund shipping fees). No Exchanges. (* please see Return Policy for more details.)

Due to the nature of our custom wigs and sanitary precautions, there are no refunds or exchanges on wigs (no exceptions), unless we sent out an item(s) that does not match what you originally ordered. ALL WIG SALES ARE FINAL. If there’s an issue with your wig not being as described in your original order, contact us within 3 days from receipt of delivery.

HAIR PATTERN DISCLAIMER: If hair is colored, straightened, blown-out or heat-styled, it normally reverts to its original texture. However, if done constantly it may loosen hair pattern overtime.

COLOR DISCLAIMER: Please be aware that the color of hair images may vary. Efforts are made to ensure that the best images of each product are provided. Electronic devices, such as phones and computer screens are not always 100% accurate in representing hair colors.

WIG MEASUREMENT DISCLAIMER: Our ready-to-ship and custom wigs are created on a machine-constructed durable Swiss ventilated wig cap or Dome ventilated wig cap. They can simply be applied and removed on a daily basis OR properly sewn into hair, as we recommend doing so by a license professional.

For best fit, measure the circumference of your head using a fabric measuring tape and select from the available options: 

Small = 21 to 21.5 circumference 

Medium = 22 to 22.5 circumference 

Large = 23 to 23.5 circumference

It is very important to ensure that you measure the circumference of your head accurately to determine the correct cap size for you. The wig may not provide a precise fit in the back. For this purpose, we have included adjustable straps around the back nape (neck) area. We recommend that if you fit in between sizes, its typically better to size up. You can still wear your wig properly if its larger by adjusting your straps to tighten at the neck region and utilizing your attached wig combs for additional security. If you’re searching for a wig that fits your EXACT head measurement size, it should also be noted that wigs only come pre-customized.

If you purchase a wig that is too small or too large, please note we are not be responsible or liable for any incorrect wig measurements. To ensure that you can make the most of your experience with our wigs, we kindly suggest that you first take accurate measurements of your head.
