RETURN POLICY
We prioritize customer satisfaction, and our commitment to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer a seamless & hassle-free return policy.
We offer a refund on returns within 3 days from receipt of delivery only on UNWORN/UNALTERED hair extensions, closures & frontals. (we do not refund shipping fees). No Exchanges.
To receive approval for refunds on UNWORN hair extensions, closures & frontals, they must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you. We will not approve refunds on:
- Hair that has been opened, tampered or altered in anyway.
- Hair that has been worn, washed, combed, brushed, installed, frizzed, conditioned, colored or bleached.
- Hair with black/white ties that have been removed, cut or detached.
- Final sale items, promotional products, giveaways, pre-orders and any other custom-made products.
Please contact us before sending your on UNWORN hair extensions, closures & frontal returns. Returns, without prior contact with us, will be denied as they need to be recorded in our systems before acceptance into our warehouse.
Please email us at support@crissymarie.com with your order number, full name, a photo of the unused item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees on returned items. We recommend that you choose shipping options with tracking for returning your items, for your protection. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will not be responsible for lost parcel returns.
We reserve all rights to decide whether the return(s) are eligible for a refund. Failure to adhere to our return policy may result in your return(s) being denied; and as a result we will ship your item(s) back to you, if necessary. Delivered abandoned or refused return packages that we send back will not be refunded.

Due to the nature and sanitary precautions of our custom and ready-to-ship wigs, there are no refunds or exchanges on wigs (no exceptions), unless we sent out an item(s) that does not match what you originally ordered. ALL WIG SALES ARE FINAL.
If you purchase a wig that is too small or too large, please note we are not be responsible or liable for any incorrect wig measurements. Once your order has been submitted, we do not accept returns or exchanges. To ensure that you can make the most of your experience with our wigs, we kindly suggest that you first take accurate measurements of your head.
Please contact us within 3 days from receipt of delivery at the time of receiving your wig/unit, if there is a concern that we sent out item(s) that does not match what you originally ordered, contact us at support@crissymarie.com. However, please note that we reserve all rights to decide whether the item(s) are eligible for a return.

Order processing begins immediately after order submission. Therefore order changes, modifications or cancellations are not allowed after an order has already been submitted.
However if your order has not been shipped, you can email us at support@crissymarie.com in an attempt to stop your order from being shipped. Otherwise, if your order has already been shipped before we can confirm your email, then your order cannot be canceled.
