RETURN POLICY
We prioritize customer satisfaction, and our commitment to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer a seamless & hassle-free return policy on hair extensions, closures & frontals.
We offer a refund on returns within 3 days from receipt of delivery only on approved UNWORN/UNALTERED hair extensions, wigs, closures & frontals. (we do not refund shipping fees). Please note that we do not accept partial order returns, meaning the full order has to be returned. We DO NOT Offer Exchanges.
To receive approval for refunds on UNWORN hair extensions, wigs, closures & frontals, they must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you. We will not approve refunds on:
- Hair that has been opened, tampered or altered in anyway.
- Hair that has been worn, washed, combed, brushed, installed, frizzed, conditioned, colored or bleached.
- Hair with black/white ties that have been removed, cut or detached.
- Final sale items, promotional products, giveaways, pre-orders and any other custom-made products.
Please contact us before sending your on UNWORN hair extensions, wigs, closures & frontal returns. Returns, without prior contact with us, will be denied as they need to be recorded in our systems before acceptance into our warehouse.
Please email us at support@crissymarie.com with your order number, full name, a photo of the unused item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees on returned items. We highly recommend that you choose shipping options with tracking for returning your items, for your protection.
Also you may want to include adequate insurance for returning your items, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier during your return process. If your return parcel is lost or damaged by the carrier, you will need to file a claim directly with your chosen shipping carrier.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
We reserve all rights to decide whether or not the return(s) are eligible for a refund. Failure to adhere to our return policy may result in your return(s) being denied; and as a result we may ship your item(s) back to you, if necessary. Delivered abandoned or refused return packages that we send back, will not be refunded.
By submitting your order you are acknowledging that you have fully read and agree to our Return Policy.
Order processing begins immediately after order submission. Therefore order changes, modifications, request for possible changes in your order notes or cancellations are not allowed for orders that have been submitted. This helps to protect both our business and customers from discrepancy issues & misunderstandings with orders.
We cannot make changes to your order items after the original order has been placed and therefore we cannot fulfill specific order requests to alter or possible change orders.
However, after your order has been delivered, it can then can be returned to us unworn/unaltered within 3 business days. Please note that we do not accept partial order returns, meaning the full order has to be returned. Kindly note that shipping fees on returned orders will be at the expense of the customer.

Please note that Crissy Marie Luxe LLC reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel orders, void orders, limit orders, and issue refunds in accordance with our full Terms of Service.
