Each of our hair pieces contain one bundle of wefted hair approx. 3.2 - 3.5 ounces. Each closure or frontal is a Full Density of 120% on a high definition (HD) lace.
Some customers may desire more or fewer hair pieces than we recommend, it truly depends on individual preferences. Here are some insights on the most common orders based on the (# of hair pieces per length) as follows:
- 2 (or more) pieces for lengths 12"- 16"
- 3 (or more) pieces for lengths 18"- 22"
- 4 (or more) pieces for lengths 22"- 30"
Please note: longer hair lengths equate to a shorter weft.
Processing times on orders are now currently 1 to 2 business days for in-stock item(s). Processing times for ready-to-ship wig orders are now currently 2 to 3 business days.
Processing times does NOT include shipping timeframes. After processing, based on the location and the shipping method you selected; our Priority shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days for your package to arrive and Express Shipping typically takes 1 to 2 business days, excluding any possible carrier delays. (Please note: these are estimated timeframes and not a guaranteed delivery date. Factors like the origin and destination ZIP codes, and the time of mailing can influence the exact delivery time.)
Its required that both your billing and shipping address are to be the exact same to place an order with us. If your billing and shipping address does not match or is not the exact same, your order will be canceled.
A tracking number will then be provided for each order within 24 hours. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays are not considered business days and we don’t typically ship on these days. Therefore, please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email and to also view your package tracking information on the carrier's website. After 48 hours, if tracking updates still aren't available, please reach out to us at support@crissymarie.com.

Processing times for pre-orders will be specified on there respective product pages. If processing times are not specified on there product pages, please expect pre-ordered items to ship (up to) 15 to 20 business days after purchase. Processing times does not include shipping times. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method you have selected.

*Please note that while we require a signature for delivery, we are not liable for packages shipped to a community mailbox facility, third-party delivery services, mail forwarding services, lockers, virtual mailboxes, package holding services or similar package management systems. We prioritize customer satisfaction, and our commitment to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer a seamless & hassle-free return policy on hair extensions, wigs, closures & frontals.
We offer a refund on returns within 3 days from receipt of delivery only on approved UNWORN/UNALTERED hair extensions, wigs, closures & frontals. (we do not refund shipping fees). Please note that we do not accept partial order returns, meaning the full order has to be returned. We DO NOT offer Exchanges.
To receive approval for refunds on UNWORN hair extensions, wigs, closures & frontals, they must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you. We will not approve refunds on:
- Hair that has been opened, tampered or altered in anyway.
- Hair that has been worn, washed, combed, brushed, installed, frizzed, conditioned, colored or bleached.
- Hair with black/white ties that have been removed, cut or detached.
- Final sale items, promotional products, giveaways, pre-orders and any other custom-made products.
Please contact us before sending your on UNWORN hair extensions, wigs, closures & frontal returns. Returns, without prior contact with us, will be denied as they need to be recorded in our systems before acceptance into our warehouse.
Please email us at support@crissymarie.com with your order number, full name, a photo of the unused item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees on returned items. We highly recommend that you choose shipping options with tracking for returning your items, for your protection.
Also you may want to include adequate insurance for returning your items, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier during the return process. If your return parcel is lost or damaged by the carrier, you will need to file a claim directly with your chosen shipping carrier.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
We reserve all rights to decide whether or not the return(s) are eligible for a refund. Failure to adhere to our return policy may result in your return(s) being denied; and as a result we may ship your item(s) back to you, if necessary. Delivered abandoned or refused return packages that we send back, will not be refunded.
Order processing begins immediately after order submission. Therefore order changes, modifications, request for possible changes in your order notes or cancellations are not allowed for orders that have been submitted. We cannot make changes to your order items after the original order has been placed and therefore we cannot fulfill those specific requests.

HAIR IMAGES: Please understand that images of hair photos & videos are not a representation of the number of bundles per order. Prices displayed on our product pages are ‘priced for one (1) single hair bundle only.’
Also, please be aware that the color of hair images may vary. Efforts are made to ensure that the best images of each hair product are provided. Electronic devices, such as phones and computer screens are not always 100% accurate in representing hair colors.
HAIR PACKAGING: Please remember the hair texture may flatten due to the handling of hair packages while being shipped. Once you co-wash, condition and rinse the hair. Then use a Denman brush downward through the hair, squeeze access water out and allow to air-dry. Now again, the actual texture of the hair will be revealed.
HAIR PATTERN: If hair is colored, straightened, blown-out or heat-styled, it normally reverts to its original texture. However, if done constantly it may loosen hair pattern overtime.
WIG/UNIT MEASUREMENTS: Our ready-to-ship and custom wigs are created on a machine-constructed durable Swiss ventilated wig cap or Dome ventilated wig cap. They can simply be applied and removed on a daily basis OR properly sewn into hair, as we recommend doing so by a license professional.
For best fit, measure the circumference of your head using a fabric measuring tape and select from the available options:
Small = 21 to 21.5 circumference
Medium = 22 to 22.5 circumference
Large = 23 to 23.5 circumference

It is very important to ensure that you measure the circumference of your head accurately to determine the correct cap size for you. The wig may not provide a precise fit in the back. For this purpose, we have included adjustable straps around the back nape (neck) area. We recommend that if you fit in between sizes, its typically better to size up. You can still wear your wig properly if its larger by adjusting your straps to tighten at the neck region and utilizing your attached wig combs for additional security. If you’re searching for a wig that fits your EXACT head measurement size, it should also be noted that wigs only come pre-customized.
